GM'ng.heres the current status of 8 epf's:

1) mill building...APPROVED!!! no - not complied previous violations, still discharging toxins
2) Ore Stockpile Area...APPROVED!!! no..needs relocation - not proper
3) Laboratory Facility....APPROVED!!! maybe - not on most recent insp.
4) Leach Plant Building...APPROVED!!! no - still needs repair
5) Flood Protection Dike...APPROVED!!! no - has not fully commenced
6) Plant Waste Disposal...APPROVED!!! no - work on going, not much done
7) Groundwater Intercept Drain...APPROVED!!! no - work on going, not much done
8) Upland Stormwater Intercept Depth...APPROVED!!! no - work not completed

Nothing gets APPROVED unless it's completed and certified by the drms.Long way to go.
Reality is guyer goes for the am04 to continue the scam.
and dont forget,subpenny this week.maybe today.

Thanks, somehow it escaped my selective memory. I am looking forward to getting better news than so far from Guyer, the PPS keeps on tanking. Like many, we're not going to invest more because it keeps on going down, lloking forward to mining. CGF

This posting certainly supports your prior post that it is mainly paperwork, but management is saying by the end of June they expect conditions to be met.If engineering designs requested does this not imply construction is required ?

You have obviously researched this permit matter a lot- based on past experience if management forecasting conditions will be met by June 30th, does management have a track record of being able to estimate permit progress and results ? or meet their stated objecives ? Since CFO led company to situation of a 5000 to 1 reverse split, is it your opinion he has learnt from situation that developed and doing things differently so next reverse not as steep ?

Do you see a scenario outstanding shares could reach a billion again this year ?
