Those links are OUTDATED with old dates if they are indeed fact anyway. Can you find something with dates let's say subsequent to the following SRGE PR date? This excerpt from SRGE's September 10, 2012 PR says this:

In other recent Company developments, the anticipated and long-awaited public update at the Mexican Mining Registry of the Cinco Minas mineral concession ownership being duly reflected in Southridge's name is now complete.
