I was puzzled by that fax number much earlier, when I first saw the document. But perhaps 888 is an internal area code in Mexico? I didn't try to check that out.

In the US, 888 is a toll free code. But I don't know what happens with that in Mexico.

Oh, and it's not a screenshot of the JV. It's way too short to be a JV. It was the confidentiality agreement.

Do you have any info on why they are claiming laws of Ontario apply? I though SRGE was a Texas company?
