Not likely. Shorting on these micro-penny stocks is largely a myth. It's too expensive to short such things and besides, what you saw was probably unsettled transactions by MMs--not short interest.


The FINRA bi-weekly numbers are the ONLY numbers that are meaningful as far as short interest.
