I will be talking with John Lux hopefully today and if not today tomorrow and if not tomorrow, Monday. You get the idea. I will report back to the group my findings. Questions I will ask is how much does it cost (approx.) to determine if we have a prima facia (PF)p and d case. How can Imun investors get involved if they want to.
Can he handle the simultaneous filing of a SEC complain. Is there any way to frame the complaint so that Treminio and Shaw can not use company funds in defending themselves.
After we determine if we have a PF case can he take it on a contingency? How much do we as investors have to come up with to retain his services? If we win can we gat our attorney fees back? What is our outside exposure if we lose?
ADD to this list of questions to ask John.
I am a retired lawyer with 30 years of litigation experience. NOT a securities lawyer. You want a regarded securities lawyer here.
I would be honored to be the point man with John. I learned as a lawyer I did not want reporting requirement to 30 different people. John Lux will feel the same. You want one conduit between the lawyer and the group.
If anybody has any ideas on this issue let me know.
Remember this: Einstein ran a few red lights, Clinton went on to be one of the great politician of all time. They paid their dues after falling from grace. As did Dr. Harnoy. Seth may have committed pump and dump. Do not rush to judgment here. Let the lawyers sort it out. If he did this dastardly act then he MUST pay his dues just like Dr. Harnoy did.
