who controls/owns golden match, that's the treshold question.
supposedly elra acquired GM, so now i expect that elrad would control/own GM.
GM was/is a going concern making big money, that being the case, it should be reflected in the elrad share price after the dust has settled.
it would be nice if i could get some input on my line of thinking.
we, this forum needs to know if that ownership question is part of the curent litigation in progress.
i also remember reading that the plan was to bring elra(d) shares up to .04 then apply for nasdaq listing. so here we are looking for .04. currenty .01 bid .02 ask.
