ELRA is suing Golden Match
From my take they came to the deal not disclosing some details, and maybe even fraud. So this Chinese guy, Mr. Lao, took control of ELRA with the shares he was issued. After they found he was hustling they wrenched control back out of his hands, and think one of the reasons for split was to wipe what ever common equity he had out.
Now they are counter suing him, and the company for false information...if ELRA wins they could be in for big cash settlement for damages caused
