I have been looking ETCC because of Mr.Lenfest and 10 bagger....You are correct they announced quarterly report on the 8th , someone ( Could be 10 bagger because he loves this stock and trick )dumped.. As you see Purely CEO"s and Mr. Lenfest are MONITORING ETCC and TEVE..... Going Private or Merge ?? I go Merge and New Brkshire......Look Mr.Lenfest is turning 83 this year...He has 25% stake on ETCC , another 25% Pa Inquirer and few hundred million somewhere ... He is not looking any potential gains anymore ..
You expect to go Private....You know Mr. Lenfest has deep pocket... Based on 35.000 shares... $ 100.00 X 35.000= $3.5 million $ 200.00 X 35.000= $7.0 million $ 300.00 X 35.000= $10.5 million $ 400.00 X 35.000= $14.0 million $ 500.00 X 35.000= $17.5 million as you see not a lot for Billionaire ....
