I have been looking ETCC because of Mr.Lenfest and 10 bagger....You are correct they announced quarterly report on the 8th , someone ( Could be 10 bagger because he loves this stock and trick )dumped.. As you see Purely CEO"s and Mr. Lenfest are MONITORING ETCC and TEVE.....
Going Private or Merge ?? I go Merge and New Brkshire......Look Mr.Lenfest is turning 83 this year...He has 25% stake on ETCC , another 25% Pa Inquirer and few hundred million somewhere ... He is not looking any potential gains anymore ..
