Working for Wanderprt is not relevant. They are named separately, as is Andrew and Andrew's company, whereas the naming of Wanderport, its officers and employees, as a distinct mention covers all those who worked for Wanderport.
While it is (or may be) true to say they never worked for Wanderport, is it also true to say that Wanderport never worked for any of them ?
