-G- and Beers - thank you for the articles and links to inform me of past issues with Amyot.

However, there has been no conviction. No consequences or descisions made against the companies. It is completely false to name them criminals until proven so in a court of law-there is only one side of the argument here however plausible it may be. One can even mirror WDRP to SPPH and such- but again, nothing is proven; they are all alleged charges with only the Plantiffs side of the argument and not the defendants. I did take time to read all 41 pages as well-whew! Very imformative

A note from the preceedings is that it also mentions that although investors dumped $17million into these pumps-there is NO EVIDENCE that shows any of this money went to the defendants.

I picked this out of an article as well which seems to declare a separation from WDRP and Andrew to Amyot and the onoing investigations:

Alleged Market Manipulation: Orders to Cease Trading and Shut Down(Marketwire - July 21, 2011) - At the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers (the "AMF"), the Bureau de décision et de révision (the "Bureau") issued a decision on July 11, 2011 prohibiting, in particular, any transaction in the securities of Wanderport Corp. and Neuro-Biotech inc., due to alleged market manipulation. More specifically, under this decision, Wanderport Corp., 65705442 Canada inc., Conseils Hilbroy inc. and their officers, directors and employees, as well as Jean-François Amyot, Andrea Cortellazzi and Andrew Barakett are prohibited from carrying out transactions in the security of Wanderport Corp.
In my view, the second paragraph above does not just “specify,” it also corrects the misstatement in the title and the paragraph preceding it. There is no order to cease trading in any transaction in the Securities of Wanderport Corp (to combine the statements in the title and first paragraph). It is very unfortunate that the AMF chose to report this matter without taking into account the obvious confusion that would be created by its press release.
Secondly, this communiqué does not apply to the business being conducted by Wanderport, but
rather to alleged misdeeds of third (“external”) parties, and not company management, regarding
stock market manipulation.
As stated in the most recent OTC Markets financial statements and
supplements, the company is moving ahead with its business plan and is making progress (toward
its goal of mass producing and selling its product line).
Lastly, I met with Andrew Barakett earlier this year, where he provided a useful understanding of the company prior to my meetings with management. I am informed that Mr. Barakett conducts work as an independent consultant to the company and is not and has never been employed by It's All Bull,
Hilbroy or any other of the external parties named in the communiqué.
I am informed that Mr.
Barakett is not involved in actual decisions made by management or its dissemination of information
to the public. I am informed Hilbroy and It's All Bull have never had any direct or indirect
involvement with present management with respect to the activities of the company
.
