Yes, they are. But as I said, I think the SEC still has something to say about all this, given the very large number of shareholders. Private companies without reporting requirements must have fewer than 300 shareholders of record.

So we have a bit of a paradox here: CMKX has been revoked for failure to file, but it still has so many shareholders that it SHOULD be filing.
