I think it is just the fear of change. It's hard to say that you are scared of things....be it change........so you try to word it differently. I can understand...have seen it before(regarding acquisitions) in my past occupation.

Yes, there are other concerns. They are concerned that the comp. plan may change again and they would have to earn titles all over again.( which has already happened before) They were also concerned about a comment Tami made on mylongaberger.com about there would have been an easier way to get out of this...They are looking at the fact that the sales reps have went from 100,000 to around 33,000 and in just ten years sales have dropped from 1 billion to around 100 million. I AM NOT AN EMPLOYEE OR SALES REP For THE COMPANY, but have friends who are high in the sales ranks. I visited the Homestead in April 2012 for the first time and it was a ghost town..both with lack of people there and the feeling that was at the place( and this was for one of there spring events) They wonder if this will be a way for the company to sell, keep the profits and run...thus lack of having a home. I love the products and in fact buy them every chance I can for gifts and personal use. I think the company is first class all the way, but there has to be a reason for all those sales reps. leaving and for the sales to bottom out so to speak other than the downturn in the economy.
