Look, on page 9 of the filing, as a result of the August 16 agreements, they speak of "The Reporting Persons may be deemed to be the beneficial owners of the Common Stock [...]"
Then on page 10, as of August 23, 2012 "The aggregate number of shares of Common Stock and the percentage of total outstanding Common Stock beneficially owned by the Reporting Persons [...]"
To me this makes clear that WX and it's affiliates do (did?) own the reported amount of shares, regardless of what a SeekingAlpha expert makes of it.
