revlis: The problem is it is the details that count. RIMM thought they had a settlement agreement with NTP, now NTP is claiming that the agreement is not what RIMM thought it was.
MO, the settlement was forced on Lucent and Tantivy so quickly I don't think they had a chance to really go into details.
