Wrong MoMo - bandwidth issues give you a completely different message and will indicate the server is down. You do not get a message indicating that the site owner should call GoDaddy's BILLING DEPARTMENT.

if you could not pull up website it was because of bandwidth limitations....SRGE gets tons of traffic to their website!!!
