Move on find another SANDBOX to play in....It absolutely makes no sense and is VERY UNBELIEVABLE for someone to ask shareholders for their vote on something YOU say was ILLEGAL in the first place. If and a BIG if what was done was illegal....you don't need our vote!!!!
