John, at this point, no one who has been associated with ACYD has enough credibility for us to just take their word for anything. I know start ups and reverse mergers at this level are extremely difficult to pull off. And I'm willing to believe you've worked to turn the company around but that things just haven't gone your way for many reasons, some out of your control. You said that there you had/have investment and assets lined up. I for one will support the person or persons who bring documentation to their arguments, that can show me a signed legal document that assets and partnerships will be brought to the table under their leadership or a public declaration from the bearers of those assets/funding/partnerships to that effect. The shareholders' only concern here is quite simple and to the point: value. We need value added to the company to justify our investment. Any management, past, present, or future, must meet that one standard. You mentioned that you have retained council. If in the course of your legal actions you can present that to the shareholders, I'm sure most will happily support you.
