If I'm reading that PR correctly, YooHoo has the patent rights to the lipo and will be producing them themselves. That can only hurt Meridian, I would think, unless they can carry the factory with thei remaining products.

There seems to have been some serious ball-dropping all the way around with this one.

it's kind of confusing....when I first read it I saw similiarities with this and meridian in Canada....I don't know what happened to Meridian Canada maybe Hasher knows...
