So I had a GTC sale for 20K at .0049 that got filled today. I owned it at around .0015. I never got filled on the other buy orders I had in at .0002 for the past month. Too bad. My $30 buy becomes a $98 sale ... less commissions. Fine. Anyway, the Stock I sell at half a penny today goes to fifteen cents. Congrats buyer! Can someone tell me what happened?

Currently suggesting Sirona Biochem (SBM on Venture, SRBCF on OTC). Been following them for years - took a small chunk of the latest private placement. I'm figuring these guys will be about 5X by year end.

The Koreans. The factory is there and the company is listed as a foreign entity. Hence the 'F' at the end of the symbol. That also means they only have to produce an annual filing, which they've always been late producing. If I'm not mistaken, the SEC punished them in one form or another for that action.

Anyway, again, a large source of business and revenue has been taken from them now that YoHo has the patent. Does that bode ill for MRDAF? Certainly looks that way to me.

Anna is still around but has nothing to do either with MRDAF or YoHo.

Last I heard, Peter has retired to Vancouver Island and was working at a car dealership in addition to being on the Canadian form of social security. Good for him! Wish he'd break down and return my emails.

so who controls whatever we have stock in? I know our stock is worthless at this point, but is there an actually company behind it? Is it still Anna? I thought Peter was long gone.

To clarify my last somewhat. Anna's company, which I cannot even remember the name of, was not the public company that we all had stock in. She was joined at the hip with the public Korean company but they were two different entities. Maybe that would tend to help make sense of this thing.

Meridian Canada was Anna and her people, including Peter. Somehow or another this Rob character gained control of the Company and renamed it. There's supposedly a court case pending in which Anna is attempting to wrest control away from this guy. In the interim, YOHO somehow got his hands on the expired patent on the Lipo. Until just recently, he was buying from Meridian "Go With Glory" Korea and reselling in his protected territory. Now he's apparently making his own machines and has kissed the Koreans a "fond farewell" (as he puts it). So, he can sell his brand anywhere he pleases, I would assume. Hell, if he's got the patent, I wonder if Korea can build the Lipos at all? They have other equipment like the DPA, but will those machines carry the factory?

I would dearly love to see Anna regain control of the company, complete with the patent but the longer the court case hangs out there, the lesser the likelihood of that happening.

If I'm reading that PR correctly, YooHoo has the patent rights to the lipo and will be producing them themselves. That can only hurt Meridian, I would think, unless they can carry the factory with thei remaining products.

There seems to have been some serious ball-dropping all the way around with this one.
