speaking of promos, i doubt we'd have to spend a dime. MM WDCO is a notorious bid-stacking, stock-pushing maniac when they are in the mood for a rally.

not just them. what about NITE, LAMP or CDEL? every player in pennyland loves a good bet on the long side, especially a legit, real oil company.

so my point is these MMs are probably loading up already for the run they think is happening shortly. no promo required.
