He is using the worst financing possible at this moment and I wonder why??

A strong promo with 100,000 spent could land this small share structure at 10 cents- even given a worse case scenario Mason and company dont give a damn about building a real company...just for the sake of argument lets say that.... they could milk salaries for a lot longer with higher interest and prices to dilute this for funding
