now montecito has seller's remorse because the value of the stock they received went down.

WGAS is working on VM-179 development options, but the first priority was to get cash flow started from I-1.

If I bought your trailer for $50,000 and gave you $25K in cash and you agreed to take the remaining $25K in AAPL stock, and the stock went down 50% after we closed the deal, would the trailer title be in question just because the value of your stock went down?
