this is why the judge issued a summary judgement which imo prompted talks instead of a law suit.

looks to me like the market is quietly waiting for news to start hitting.

That is up to the courts but I would not have bought your outhouse to begin with.

I am running out of posts here and have other things to do so I will just say I hope all the rosy projection come to fruition and that we all make money because so far that is not happening.
