1st. Your board is full of promoters (non-disclosed. I know for a fact because I have personally paid some of them before. I won't mention names.)

2nd. Per your disclaimer. "Some contributing members might hold positions in stocks or securities discussed before, after, or during the time the information is released"

3rd. No matter what your intentions are, if you alert a stock, no matter "how" you alert it, you my friend are a promoter. (You are clearly a promoter. Deny all you want.)

4th. ALL of your "testimonials" are fake. I know because I paid to have a fake one made before too.

That being said, not all promoters are scumbags.
