Is that all you have? The going concern statement that is required?

Last Feb. they stated that they needed 12m, that number is now down to a low of 3.5 to a high of 5.0. I would say they are ahead of their plan from a financing perspective. Which by the way, is a real investor concern. The prescribed "going concern" statement is your concern? Do I need to post Apples "going concern" statement to give you a dose of required reality?

Oh and the macular story is explained, one less question for IR from you LOL.

Same boilerplate "going concern" statement that was there when you got in, only it was far riskier back then. I'm confident that the long running streak of incorrect predictions will continue, thanks!

Just as we calculated, remeber the conversation you were involved with a while ago? You remember? It's the same conversation where we said we need to likely reach 200 mil shares.

So as you suggest, 20 mil more shares gets us to roughly that amount. I knew it would likely be just over 200 mil. Sure enough it will be 201 mil.

The following from the 10k...

Number of Shareholders and Total Outstanding Shares

As of January 10, 2013 there were 181,836,862 shares of common stock issued and outstanding, held by 81 shareholders of record.

Bgrass, True they don't own their own $100 million dollar manufacturing facility and think God that they don't. That would be the biggest disaster of all. Just think they would have to hire 100's of employees, purchase 10's of million of dollars of equipment, lease or purchase 100,000 ft building, security, computers, robots, etc.

70% margin, even after the retail agreement with GNC is HUGE!!!!!!

Twist it all anybody wants, but they did better job than I expected as it relates to the cost with a brick and mortar retail agreement.

I actually expected this to be cut in half, given the significance of GNC.
