Wow what a disaster!!!! the going concern statement is enough to scare the crap out of people.....even Freddie Kruger could not have made this up! 63 million unexercised warrant overhang...massive dilution in the near future.... they need $5 million to execute their plan.....which means another 20 million share dilution.... Nobody wants to lend them money..... Wow they don't even control their own manufacturing facility..... These morons haven't even submitted any patent applications..... 10K = Friday the 13th..... here comes the selling..... I fervently hope I am wrong, given my massive holdings....but..... Disaster!!!!!!
