Your continued mental meltdown is pretty amusing. Other than you, I've only seen two here claim they visited the building not the office. Both said IDS was on a different floor. You're attacking them? Pretty dumb.

BTW, what are the addresses to the data center and facility in Pakistan? If you still can't find them after all this time, by all means get an eight year old to help you.

Don't expect their lame excuses for their "mail drop" posts will withstand a lawsuit.

Do they let you file lawsuits from prison? You are too funny.

Datatech Downs, No one has been exposed here except for you. If anyone has violated the law it is you. You give the term "cheap con man" a whole new meaning.

From day one here, you have set out to mislead, lie, scam and otherwise deceive both current shareholders and others whom you have perceived to be potential victims or marks of your truth twisting deceptions. All of this has been done in an effort to profit from such behavior as well.

Let's examine your latest ruse, the much contested "Award for Best Professional Security Data Product for Asia-Pactific Region 2004" IDWD put out this very misleading news release:

IDS Worldwide, Inc. CTO Awarded Best Professional Security Data Product Asia Pacific Region for 2004
IDS Worldwide, Inc. Reveals New Data Security Product With 384 Bit Data Encryption
Oct 20, 2005 9:24:00 AM
ORLANDO, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/20/05 -- IDS Worldwide, Inc. (OTC: IDWD) today announced that IDS Worldwide, Inc. CTO, Yasar Khawar, Head of the Company's Homeland Security Division has been chosen by the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Asia Pacific Region to be honored for the Best Professional Security Data Product for Asia Pacific Region for 2004....
IDS is pleased that once again IDS technologies have been judged by the leading organizational governing bodies to be some of the best new security products in the world. IDS Worldwide, Inc. expects this new 384 bit encryption technology to lead to significant revenue increases for the company.
IDS CTO, Mr. Yasar Khawar will travel to Thailand next week to be presented the award from the IEEE Professional Engineering Society of Asia Pacific Engineers Governing Body for this breakthrough technology....

You then follow it up by making several misleading and scamming posts on this message board:

Guess IEEE knows more than paid bashers who try to claim HLS technology is only "alarm company"....LOL Read Again: Best Data Security Product for 2004. Can't wait to hear bashers say they know more than IEEE governing body.

IEEE award is like winning best product at COMDEX. Data Encryption Products are Billion Dollar market and now IDS new encryption technology being voted best new product will be worth tens of millions. Nice stamp of approval to have on new product.

Bashers sure seem desperate. IDS awarded Best Data Security Product over thousands of other entries and they can't stand it. Guess because it embarrased them over their claims HLS division is just "simple alarm company". Now IEEE claims IDS technology beats the big boys in the industry. The CTO Yasar Khawar has been with IDS for 5 years so product was not developed for previous employer and secondly yes the award for best product of 2004 awards are at ceremony in 2005. All products go thru months of testing and judging after the end of 2004....DUHH!! Bashers showed up in force here when stock was a dime and IDS keeps burying them......LMAO I would hate to be some idiot paying them to post thinking they would have effect on IDS stock....LOL

Yankee, Good Morning from Bangkok. I think O/S is about 41 Million and float is about 6 or so, but that includes about 2 Million 144 from previous owners. Looks like IDS trying to buy up majority of float before ex-dividend to have majority control of the OTCBB HLS entity. Bashers are sorely mistaken if they thought IDS need hedge funds and could not buy more of the float themselves. Also read crap they thought 384 Bit encryption award was no big deal. Let's see when it hits every tech magazine around after ceremony this week. Everyone I have talked to here at convention is talking about how big effect it will have on hackers worldwide....:) PS: That would explain SORE high bid most of the day

And then you proceed with today's ludicrous PR:

IDS Worldwide, Inc. Addresses Certain Misleading Online Postings on Internet Message Boards
IDS Announces Posting of CTO Award on IDS Website
Nov 2, 2005 12:43:00 PM
ORLANDO, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/02/05 -- IDS Worldwide, Inc. (OTC: IDWD) today announced that in response to several misleading message posts on fringe Internet stock message board sites that IDS' recent press release of an award to IDS CTO Yasar Khawar did not occur, IDS has posted a scanned copy of the picture of the award ceremony, and a copy of the award itself is posted on the corporate website news section....

The truth is that the bashers had it right all along.
Not once in any of your company's PRs or in any of your posts did you explain to the public that this award (if it even exists) was given by the Thai-Pak Student Council, nor did you explain that it was a mere certificate of appreciation for the "Best Professional For Data Encryption" from that Student Council.
Rather, you chose to mislead as you always have. You stated over and over that the award was for "Best Professional Security Data Product Asia Pacific Region for 2004. All of this is very misleading and in my opinion criminal--especially when considered in light of your trading activities. The award, although a nice gesture from a group of students is not what it was represented to be.

I spoke today with a representative of the IEEE. I was told that all of this was under investigation. I am sure that by the time the dust settles, you will be outed once again for what you are. And we both know what that is don't we?

I have watched as your MM SORE was selling stock into this latest scam effort as well as other PRs put out by your company. I have also watched your MM accumulate stock prior to the release of these misleading PRs.

The public would probably best be served if you were barred dealing in the stock market. Your intent is absolutely criminal in my opinion. You have consistently used this and other ruses to profit from the buying that other less informed individuals have done in this stock and the worst of it is that buying was primarily as a result of your deceptions.

I believe you engage in insider trading, You lie and you are in effect stealing from the public by engaging in violations of Federal securities laws. I could write a book about everything you have done here and how most of it is a textbook example of what one should not do.

In this post I will not even bother to address other lying scams in which you have participated- such as trading into PRs concerning buybacks that never occured as you claimed nor for the amounts of stock claimed to have been repurchased. You appear to have a complete and thorough disregard for securities laws and no amount of warnings seem to deter you from your purpose here which I believe is to illegally entice buyers so that you can trade this stock at a profit. I have watched many scammers in my day. You are one of the very worst.

A word of warning to all potential and current investors in this stock: This latest example of truth twisting lies is standard method of operation for Datatech Downs. There may be a single strand of truth in some of the PRs, but around that single strand Datatech Downs weaves a web of deceit. You don't get what you think you are getting here.

Let the buyer beware.
