Not really. THE SEC is not dumb. And we know that they were investigating SAEI and Smid....and would have easily seen the connection to SRGE. Likely, they haven't been able to locate him, or at least prosecute...which may bode well for SRGE avoiding formal charges. But maybe Davies is real, and not as slippery as Smid....
