actually, I believe if you go back to my earlier posts, I published a response I received from then Chairwoman Schapiro stating that she would pass my concerns on to the division of enforcement. What another has stated both here and elsewhere is that in his communications with a former SEC attorney that the SEC has been investigating SRGE for years (my bet is the Smid angle).

So relative to an SEC investigation, we all knew something was up right around the same time regarding more recent items but we have no knowledge as to when it actually started.
