Question..when SRGE is vindicated and SEC realises it has unfairly suspended..why would SEC not re-instate SRGE's trading on pinks?

SRGE will be vindicated.

The chances of that are very, very slim. The SEC didn't just begin investigating SRGE two weeks ago. It began well before that.

The SEC is unlikely to take further action for months, perhaps even a year or so. I suggest you spend that time reviewing what you really know about SRGE.
