Yes, as of November 14th, one miner signed preliminary documents for the Cinco purchase. There were two different parties as of this date. As of December 13, we are informed that a party (later identified as Kinross) signed a C.A. for Cinco and G.C. So, we have two different parties with signed documents.
Only according to the company, whose word has been proved to be unreliable.
I suppose it's conceivable that they signed another CA. They're very common documents, and SRGE presumably had a stack of them ready to go.
It's also conceivable that they just made it all up.
