Who owns the concession titles? Who has the surface rights? If SRGE does not own Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera, who does? Without surface rights, no one can be on the property. So, how is it that SRGE is able to show Kinross the properties and geological data relative to the two properties?

And how do you think Moscosa knew to contact Southridge in re of Cinco Minas then?

Not to me. As of 20 November, Moscosa had not even met "Davies", and had not visited the site. There's no indication I'm aware of that he ever did.

So, do you think Moscosa met with Davies, signed a C.A. but never visited the properties or reviewed the geological data? How is this plausible to you? Why even bother signing a C.A. if you were not going to move forward with the evaluation?
