Are you going to report SRGE to the SEC based on its shareholder's opinion of the Kinross deal?

What's so hard to understand here? SRGE does not care about Kinross at this point. They have others in the picture.

What's hard to understand is how SRGE could possibly "scrap" a deal that never happened, and was denied by Kinross within a couple of hours of the appearance of SRGE's triumphant PR.
