so if the deal was scrapped prior to the PR they would have committed fraud by putting out that PR. So when did they scrap the deal? and since Kinross denied any deal existed only hours later the window to cancel is extremely small and could still be considered fraud if it took place within that window of time.

ya got no real evidence to support the claim but there is plenty to refute it as being accurate.

"Absolutely is the case. SRGE does not care if they have Kinross as partners."

What nonsense. No reasonable person could believe this.

The truth is Kinross is a respectable company. Kinross happened to see that SRGE had published an utterly false PR.

No doubt the crooks behind SRGE were hoping that as the holiday season was upon us no one from Kinross would notice, until they'd used the false PR to dump a few hundred million more of the free shares the SRGE criminals gave themselves after gagging the TA (that's how these scams work).

However, Kinross did notice and so did the SEC.

The rest is history, accompanied by more lies from SRGE's IRP and some of the most desperate grasping at straws - and worse - by those who are still denying the fact that SRGE is a scam.

No. SRGE are not the liars here.

Of course they are. They lied about Magna. They lied about having a "joint partnership" with Kinross. And no doubt they've lied about many other things.

Falsus in unum, falsus in omnibus.
