I believe a deal will be reached for Cinco and Gran Cabrera. A deal must be reached as a matter of fact so that they can continue to advance other properties and continue to develop its portfolio.
Given the current situation with the SEC suspension/greysheet trading, raising funds on a debt/equity basis is near impossible. Although private funds can come in--and there are many, many private funds--to advance CM, it is really a very capital intensive undertaking that would best be handled by an industry major. I don't see SRGE becoming a jr producer beyond processing what's on the surface of CM. I say this because SRGE's core business is in exploration, not production and it would be a tremendous challenge to develop CM as a stand alone. This has always been my thought.
