da cheif - That fact is totally irrelevant to the fact that we are at the top of a (b) wave. Note in your count on your chart you have a B wave top at a new all time high in "uncharted territory" on the DOW. I am afraid you are making a mute point. It sounds like confirmation bias to me. Remember that a B wave of a flat can retrace over 100% of the A wave and that is called an expanded flat. Look at your own chart for an example. The (b) wave top we are at now has not retraced 100% of the(a) wave on many indexes, but if it did, as I explained above, it would have no significance.
On the second chart I have placed your count on the rise from 666 at the 09 low. Have I done it correctly?
