yup the dow bottom in 32 and then top out 4 years later to go down for the next 5 years ...

u keep talking about the banks bulging with money lol so what most of them are to scared to lend it to any one that really needs it.

I probably could call the bank up on monday and they dump couple 100k in my account but my son who wanted to buy the building his business is in not f'n chance .... not enough equity.

FWIW I hope u are right but IMO u r way to early...
