I was saying the metering and datacasting patents had lost their luster. I am variable bullish on these properties:

Patent Number 6,138,239 of October 24, 2000

Method and system for secure transactions in a computer system
Patent Number 6,092,202 of July 18, 2000

But I do not feel they represent the content distribution arm of Wave's patented IP.

There is a host of pending applications submitted in 2002-2004, that, if awarded, would seem to entrench Wave in security machinations.
