FYI Since I know Brad he always prevails! He always does! C. Shaffer/your adviser said years ago that this company will never trade at 2 cents! Ask him how much did he spend and how much he earned messing with BG. Couple years ago airport thought that it screwed Brad and they spend $400K in litigation! Brad spend few hundred bucks.
