Mike Horst Drops Legal Action

Brad forgot to update you on the legal issues of Radix. Mike Horst dropped the injunction to stop liquidation of Radix so the Sheriff can move forward and liquidate any assets of Radix and close it down.

It looks like Brad has run out of delaying tactics and Radix will be officially wound up shortly.

Secondly, when Horst signs an exclusive marketing agreement with another company then it will be illegal for Brad to do anything with GB 11. Not that that is a big deal as Goodspeed has no assets nor would he put any of his own assets into making GB 11 into a viable boat. If you think Brad is going to "improve shareholder value" then you all must be smoking some really powerful dope.

The point is mute as RADIX will be history (officially) very soon.

Still waiting for that Big Bad law suit to arrive to sue me from Brad. LOL
