Ummm..it is a fact. He resigned!!!! He didn't pull the strings from behind the scenes with his scam SAEI did he?!! Why would he need to resign and pull the strings from 'behind the scenes' 5 years later in SRGE??? He has always been blatant in the past. What a joke.
