Not at all. the Sec suspended them from TRADING. the company is free to put out whatever press releases they want. But I am sure they will think twice about any other press releases like the ones that caused the suspension.
If you noticed - they didn't have the guts to put that denial of the Kinross denial out in a public press release - they slapped it on their website only. Perhaps they figured out what the SEC was saying!

Perhaps Yukon Cornelius of the North Pole Peppermint Mine will be releases another PR comfirming that joint partnership with SRGE!
