Gump, present regulations seem to be based upon the concept of accountability, don't they? Anything wrong with that?
Why should the company (or anyone else) be responsible to cover Shorty's (or the company's) misdeeds when the real problem here is simply one of non-enforcement? Isn't this where things have been leaving the tracks? Isn't this where we find our solution?
