There is absolutly no chill whatsoever period on RTGV. TDA simply has an error in their system on this stock. If someone with a TDA account was to email their customer service, the would quickly realize this stock is not DTC chilled and would remove the restriction. It is true TDA does not allow its customers to buy DTC restricted stock, however RTGV is not whatsoever period one of them.

Well do your DD then, I trade with TDA but I could not add to my
position couple days ago "due to DTC Chill" according to their website.

Some poster said that's an error which I doubt but I will give them
a call tomorrow. I could not ADD online. As an RTGV shareholder I hope
there's no chill...
