I doubt it. Wave has money now to get them well into next year with no debt, and they can still raise more if they needed at negligible dilution to investors. Vista and security technology will not slow down for any economic blunder or slowdown. Secure computing and secure B2B and C2B internet communication is a *must* to drive commerce. As roads and travel are more congested and threatening to people, internet and convenience will rule.
Wave partners today include: Intel, AMD, ST Micro, Atmel, Dell, G&D, HP, IBM, Gateway, Sony and a slew more. The overwhelming majority of these will only get stronger with time, not weaker.
I have no doubt that Wave is starting to crack deals with clients, get exposure through OEM contracts, get deals and intros will all the key players in the industry, as well as recognition from corporate players about their technology for server management and security enablement. Q3 is still just a tad early. It is already November. Keep in mind that Q4 is almost half over already. Wave is bring in money, and Q1 is less than two months away.
TC is going to experience a ramp up that is unstoppable into next year due to many factors weighing heavily on the need for security. Its everywhere. To expect a termination of business is like saying pigs can fly at this point! Where were you when there was no evidence, there was no security market, no TCG, no Dell partnerships, no Intel bundling, no Gateway OEM partner? Why did termination hold little chance then, but now it does? The evidence to support the opposite is so overwhelming, it is ludicrous to make statements like that. Sure, you can chuck a pig in the air using a catapult and it will fly, but only for a moment. It is my opinion, but I firmly believe Wave will get a portion of a whole new flood of revenues relating to TC and do absolutely fine in the long run.
I prefer to wait for the Q4 2006 revenues reported in March of 2007 to make a long term determination. It will be then that the 2006 year will tell the story of TC and adoption. Until then, if you aren't comfortable, it is possibly time to make a change in your position on this matter.
Throw away emotion, and think about it. Look to yourself, not this messageboard, for the answer.
