I wouldn't assume anything meaningful is happening on a few percent move. Not sure why everyone here assumes every tiny fluctuation is big news incoming.
As the smart guys have said over and over, all this is just noise. Meaningless until we get a final ruling.
I think Ravicher had a short retail following that added pressure to the stock. My thinking is they got badly burned by his out of the blue switch to the long side, when the stock surged 95 cents. They probably only weakly added shorts on his next day switch to the short side.
His influence on the down side seems to have lost a lot of weight in the last week else we would be close $3 not looking to bust out to challenge $4. The chart is looking good but I would like a solid close over $3.70 to really flush out the shorts.
