True and the ones with the Pacer accounts who see that ruling first will have a huge edge to move first....by the time we see it the stock will have blasted way up or way down....so you better be a Vringo believer if you are holding into Judges ruling....after the ruling hits it will be too late to adjust by the time we see the ruling imho
This is such a volotile stock that any articles or rumors ignite a frenzy.Someone started a rumor about Facebook wanting to but Vringo.That is what probably ignited the last minute spark today
