Gary does not need to buy any shares with 51% voting rights he can vote himself as many free shares as he wants.

Investment 101: Mr. 51% and CEO can have any number of shares he wants any time he decides to.

So, any argument about how many he had, has, or will have is just a waste of time for me.

I am here to make LOTS of MONEY off EDWY in 2013. Any side talk is just a waste of time for me ;-)
