Please do not start to believe in chart analysis. This is like looking into a glass sphere. From such charts I neither see 0.16, nor any other price.

Unfortunately, fundamental analysis is not easily possible, since there is a shortage available recent financial reports. :-)

I see that well within reach. Some penny stock newletters should pick up VLCO. It is like a rocket just sitting on the launch pad just waiting for someone to light the candle.
